The property is just 5 minute walk from the nearest subway...

The property is just 5 minute walk from the nearest subway station which is Sangsu. There's a 24 hour convenience store, Starbucks, few restaurants within 2 minutes walk, and a supermarket beside the building (We always stop by the supermarket before going up the apartment). The property has complete amenities, so you don’t need to worry if you have forgotten to bring something. Kitchenwares, towels, linens, and a few furnitures are also available and they’re from Ikea! The host was also very accommodating. I only asked him what address to put in the app since we wanted to try food delivery but he volunteered to order food for us

The only downside of the property is that the hot water is rationalized (this was mentioned in the check-in notes), so you would need to wait for about 10-15 minutes to have hot water again.

The aprtment was great!

The accomodation was very nice and cozy and appeared just as described on booking.com. It is very clean and comfortable.Easy to access because near with subway station.

« Le quartier est très agréable. »

Le quartier est très agréable. L'hébergement se trouve près d'une station de métro. Il y a un parking. Le logement est clair, bien agencé, confortable. Très bien pour une famille de 4 personnes. Il y a un ascenseur. L'hôte a été disponible et accueillant.

Il y a vraisemblablement eu un problème de chauffage. La première nuit, l'appartement était surchauffé, même après avoir coupé le chauffage. Cela s'est réglé la deuxième nuit après que le chauffage ait été coupé la veille et en laissant la fenêtre ouverte plusieurs heures dans la journée.

친절한 호스트+깨끗한 시설+역에서 가까운 위치

시설이 깨끗하고 물품도 굉장히 잘 구비되어 있었어요! 침대도 편하고 많아서 불편하지 않게 잤고 딱 들어갔을 때 창문이 크게 있어서 조금이지만 저 멀리 한강도 봤습니당 위치도 역에서 금방이라 딱 좋아요 보통 게스트하우스가 아니라 그냥 오피스텔같은 그런 방이라서 더 낄끔하고 좋았고 호스트분께서 굉장히 친절하게 안내해 주셔서 기분 좋게 하루 보내다 왔어요 :)

4시에 딱 맞춰서 체크인했는데 아직 방이 정리가 덜 됐다고 하셔서 짐만 두고 나갔다 왔어요 그래도 친절하게 안내해주셔서 괜찮았습니다! 다만 새벽에 창가 옆 침대에서 잤는데 전기장판같은 게 없어서 조금 추웠어요

호스트분께서 집을 무척 섬세하게 꾸며놓으셨더라구요. 놀기 너무 좋은 구조였고 침대도 무척 편해서 잘 잘 수 있었습니다.

친구 4명이서 좋은 시간 보냈어요. 침구, 욕실 모두 청결했고 잡안 청소상태도 굿! 위치도 상수역에 딱 붙어있어 찾아오기 좋았어요. 체크인 시간, 주차까지 세심하게 신경써준 호스트에게 감사드립니다! 친구들 모두 좋은 곳을 알게 되었다고 다음번에도 여기서 뭉치자 했어요. 홍대앞에서 숙박하신다면 도니하우스 강추입니다!

다 좋았네요

위치가 좋았어요 일단 상수역에서 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있고 숙소에서 홍대도 가까워서(걸어서 5~10분) 놀기에도 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 숙소 전망도 좋았어요 한강도 보이더라구요~ 그리고 시설도 좋았고 엄청 깨끗했고 사장님의 센스가 돋보이는 물품들도 좋았어요 굿굿 침구도 편안했어요~ 난방도 잘되서 따뜻하게 잘잤습니다! 숙소라기보다는 친한 친구집에서 하룻밤 자고간듯 편안했어요 ㅎㅎ 다음에도 혹시 서울로 친구들이 우르르 놀러온다면 또 묵고 싶네요 ㅎㅎ

추석연휴 보내기

숙소가 조용하고 집같이 편안했습니다. 간단히 음식조리도 할 수 있어 좋았어요. 체크인 시간도 앞당겨주셔서 고마웠습니다.

경비하시는 분이 불친절해서 힘들었어요. 엘리베이터가 낡고 냄새가 나서 불편했어요.
